Ahhh...Arizona.

My latest travels took me back to Arizona. For all intents and purposes, this is probably the place I would call home or "where I'm from." Though, the answer to that question has always left me confused. A recent trip back gave me the opportunity to meet up with several high school and college friends - and their growing families. Last year, I called it the Kiss the Baby World Tour. There were a few new little ones, but most are toddlers or older at this point. Jason asked what I might call this tour and I have no earthly idea. Perhaps Chase the Toddler tour?! That has a decent ring to it!

Anyway, my Chase the Toddler Tour began in Tucson.

Here are a few views from my cross-country trip:

Almost looks like I've rocketed out of the atmosphere...not even close.

I liked the shadow of the one tiny cloud...though on the ground it probably didn't seem that tiny.

We didn't have a chatty pilot, so I have no idea where we are at this point. It was sometime after a nap and likely west of the Mississippi River.

Getting closer to the southwest, but again, I have no way of knowing where I am. Could be Mars for all I know.

How cool does the ground look?

Finally, I'm drawing close to Tucson and getting to see my first southwestern sunset in a year from the plane.

Never as pretty as it looked to my eye at that moment and that stupid wing was in my way the whole way from Las Vegas.
