The Fabyanics of Laveen, Ariz.

From Tucson I took the Arizona Shuttle north to Phoenix to visit Sharon and her family.

I arrived just in time to go with Sharon, Katie and Max to Katie's swim lessons.

Katie informed me that she is learning to swim like a mermaid.

This was Max and my first introduction (he was asleep when they picked me up at the airport). He's my Godson now.

This was the first smile I eeked out of him. Now, it's no big feat to make him smile, but I did it within the first few minutes and got a photo. I'm psyched.

While Max and I bonded, Sharon and Katie worked on their swimming techniques. Remember, to see more detail, just click on the photo.

So cute.

That's Katie floating. She's such a pro. Not my Goddaughter, but I see the swimming resemblence, nonetheless!

More swimming.

The swim class was very close to Nana and Pop-Pop's house so while Katie took a nap, Max entertained.

Back in Laveen (the next morning, actually), Max took some time to greet his friends.

Katie came rushing out to greet me with a good morning.

So cute.

This is Emma.

This is Emma, Billy and Max getting caught goofing around on the floor. There's actually a series of pictures I took before Billy realized I was taking pictures, but this one pretty much covers it!
